That's why our Service Department is ready to respond to your needs. We want to do our very best to keep you mobile and safe.

Whilst team MGM are practicing social distancing we have also increased hygiene practices by appointing a full time on-site cleaner. We also want to assure you of a seamless service experience. You can customize your service experience with us however you choose.

A ZERO CONTACT EXPERIENCE. On the day of or before your booking simply visit our Early Bird Drop Off point and place your keys and envelope in the secure box provided, we will service your car and place the keys back in your own personal key safe and text the code through to you.

Live local? MGM will come to you – if you are self isolating, over 60 years of age or in a compromised situtation we will come and pick up your vehicle and return once completed with zero contact. Request at time of booking.*Offered on an indivudual case basis.

Enjoy our minimal contact Driveway Service from 7.30AM – Our team wear gloves and will thoroughly wipe down every touchpoint of your vehicle so that it’s returned to you clean and ready to drive. Rest assured knowing that your vehicle is in great (gloved) hands.

A Genuine Mazda Service from factory trained Mazda Technicians in lightning time – 1 hour turnaround time*. Two Mechanics. Half the time. While you wait. Enjoy refreshments in our lounge whilst practicing the social distancing measures we have put in place.

We have increased our Loan Car fleet due to the suspension of our Courtesy Bus Service. Please enquire when making a booking. Rest assured all vehicles are sanitised. We disinfect all contact/touch points on all vehicles upon their return.

MGM Valet Service Collection & Return – Pickup and delivery based on location and staff availability. Some exclusions apply. Contact MGM for details.

Quick Smart Service. One hour turnaround time is calculated from the time of your schedulled appointment time.Please allow 15 mins before your appointment time to get your vehicle checked into service.  The dealership is not liable for delays in vehicle maintenance if the Customer does not adhere to their booked appointment time. Priority is given to on-time Customers. Limited to 1,000km, 10,000km, 20,000km, 30,000km, 50,000km Scheduled Mazda Book Services on selected Mazda models. Additional repairs required above service are limited to minor items such as wiper blades and globe replacements.
