Terms and Conditions
1. This giveaway is run by Mount Gravatt Mazda whose registered office is at 1350 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122
2. The competition is open to residents of Brisbane aged 18 years or over except employees of Mount Gravatt Mazda and and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry for the competition is accepted via Mount Gravatt Mazda's FACEBOOK Page.
6. Only one entry per week will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Entry period for each weekly prize will be Monday - Friday. At midnight each Friday no further entries to that week's giveaway will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Entries are accepted on Mount Gravatt Mazda's Facebook Page - specifically the Random Acts of Kindness Weekly Posts
- You must comment with why you or someone you know deserves the giveaway experience
- There will be 4 major prizes. 1 per week in June
- Entries open on Monday and close on Friday
- Winners announced each Sunday
- Each prize comes with its own terms and conditions. These will be updated as prizes are announced each week
10. Mount Gravatt Mazda reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the MGM.
11. Mount Gravatt Mazda is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Winners will be announced:
- Sunday 9th June 2019
- Sunday 16th June 2019
- Sunday 23rd June 2019
- Sunday 30th June 2019
as a result of a popular vote conducted via a panel of Mount Gravatt Mazda's Managers.
14. The winners will be notified on Facebook (tag in winner post and DM) on the above mentioned dates. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. Mount Gravatt Mazda will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
16. Mount Gravatt Mazda's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. The winner’s name will be available on Mount Gravatt Mazda's social media accounts and website blogs
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
