1. This giveaway is run by Mount Gravatt Mazda whose registered office is at 1350 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122
2. The competition is open to residents of Brisbane aged 18 years or over except employees of Mount Gravatt Mazda and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry for the competition is accepted via Mount Gravatt Mazda's FACEBOOK and LINKEDIN Page.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Entry period prizes will be Sunday 18th July - Sunday 25th July. At midnight Sunday 25th July no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

There are 6 major prizes.
Entries open on 18.7.21 and close on 25.7.21
Winners will be contacted via private message the week commencing 26.7.21 and announced on Mount Gravatt Mazda's social media pages in due course.
1st Prize - $500 EFTPOS Giftcard. 2nd Prize - $300 EFTPOS Giftcard. 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th Prizes - $100 EFTPOS Giftcard.
10. Mount Gravatt Mazda reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by MGM.
11. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent value without notice.
12. Winners will be decided as a result of a popular vote conducted via a panel of Mount Gravatt Mazda's Kindness Committee.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. Mount Gravatt Mazda will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
15. Mount Gravatt Mazda's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available on Mount Gravatt Mazda's social media accounts and website blogs
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
