At Mount Gravatt Mazda we make planning to service your vehicle in Brisbane as convenient as possible. With the reintroduction of our Service Courtesy Transfer, it is now even easier for you to get around whilst our team service your Mazda.

We do also offer additional alternative options - such as our 90 Minute while-you-wait Express Service and complimentary loan vehicles. In order for our Courtesy Transfer to continue to operate in a safe manner, Mount Gravatt Mazda must ensure all passengers adhere to the below:
- No eating, drinking or smoking on the bus at any time
- Passengers must be 7 years or older to travel (Unfortunately due to the age range of children that are required to use various types of car seats or boosters and the time taken to fit them safely and correctly, we do not have facilities for a child in a car seat or booster)
- Inappropriate, rude or unsafe behaviour towards other passengers or Mount Gravatt Mazda staff will not be tolerated.

What to expect when servicing your Mazda at MGM
Mount Gravatt Mazda delivers a Mazda vehicle service experience that suits everyone's needs. That's why we offer so many options to ensure your visit to our service department runs smoothly. So, if you need to drop off your vehicle before we open or only have a short time frame to service your vehicle because of your busy schedule, we try and make it as easy as possible. Below are all the different ways we can help and if you can't find the answer just give us a call we are confident we can assist.
Our 90 Minute* Quick-Smart Mazda Service is a genuine service (while you wait) performed by factory-trained Mazda Technicians - Two Mechanics. half the time. While you wait.
Quick-Smart Mazda Service applies to selected Schedule Mazda services, ask for it when you next book or book online.
With Mazda Service Select you can vary your visit schedule according to how you use your Mazda. For example, if you travel on average 13,000kms per year, you can service your Mazda once every 9 months, if you travel less, say 8,000kms per year you only need to come in once a year. You’ll also get peace of mind as you will not pay more for a Scheduled Service performed by us than the price advertised at the time your Scheduled Service booking is confirmed+.
From 7.30 am - 9.30 am, you will find our team of advisors in the driveway ready to serve you in a more timely manner during the rush hour. Our driveway service is designed so that we come to you in the busiest part of the day saving you the hassle of having to look for a car park as we park it for you. Simply follow the directional signage, pull up under cover and you will be on your way before you know it.
We know how busy life gets, sometimes you have so much going on that you forget that you have booked your vehicle in for a service. That's why we will help you stay on track with a friendly reminder sms before your booking with the time you have nominated to drop off your vehicle. Can't make it? no worries, simply call us 07 3347 5000 and we will happily reschedule your appointment to a time that will suit you.
Early start? That’s no problem! Simply let us know that you want to take advantage of our Early Bird Check-in System, and you can drop off your car at a time convenient to you.
The Early Bird Check-in Box can be found on the upper level car park. Simply follow the instructions on the Early Bird Booking System envelopes & place in the secured location box provided.
Can't pick up your vehicle before 5pm due to work commitments! No worries, we can securely lock your keys into our lock-box safe and allocate you a unique code to access your keys. Your vehicle will be parked safely in the upper car park of our dealership ready for you to collect at a time convenient to you.
For your convenience, Mount Gravatt Mazda has loan vehicles available FREE of charge (subject to availability).
Should you wish to utilise this facility, please contact our Service Reception to enquire as advanced bookings are required to secure a loan vehicle. Please call us on 07 3347 5000. To drive a loan vehicle you must hold a full, current and valid Australian driver's licence.

Sometimes calling us to make a booking isn't always as easy as it sounds. We have an online booking request so that you can contact us whenever & where ever is convenient to you. We accept cash & EFTPOS, most major credit cards & business cheques. Should you require to make payment by cheque please let us know at the time of booking for approval. We do NOT accept personal cheques.
