Mazda Australia has announced its 2020 Mazda Master Dealer Excellence Award winners, live streaming a virtual ceremony out to Australia’s major capital cities.
Recognising Mazda Australia network dealers that deliver business excellence and exceptional customer experiences, the awards were established in 1994 to shine the spotlight onto major success drivers including facilities, business processes, people development, sales results, financial management and customer satisfaction.
An assessment against these key criteria resulted in 16 Dealers receiving the 2020 Mazda Master Dealer title for their exceptional performances.
Among the first-time winners were new dealership Darwin Mazda, while Wippells Autos has continued to extend its enviable record, having now won the award for the 27th consecutive year.
Mazda Australia Director of Sales, Jarrod Gieschen, said Master Dealer status is highly coveted within the network, where service quality benchmarks are exceptionally high.
